Responsibilities

We're seeking a hands-on sales leader to help drive the adoption of our innovative AI technology. As our Head of Sales you will be responsible for overseeing inbound sales opportunities, and driving outbound sales to clients in the entertainment, gaming and creative industries. Additionally, you will be responsible for owning all the existing client accounts, managing relationships and further driving the growth opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to build the sales function and strategy from the ground up.

What you'll do

  • Take an active role in the company's leadership, complimenting the future growth vision and steering the sales function.
  • Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives
  • Set ambitious sales targets and identify target markets to build the client portfolio from the ground up
  • Leverage innovative sales tactics to achieve sales targets and differentiate the company from competitors in a fast paced AI technology field
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline, from identifying leads to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, anticipating their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with product & engineering teams, to align and keep a continuous feedback loop between the functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a startup environment
  • Deep knowledge of entertainment, movie, gaming and/or animation industries. Existing client rolodex from within these industries is preferred.
  • Experience in building sales tactics and client portfolios from the ground up
  • Experience in SaaS and/or PaaS sales. Artificial Intelligence tech sales experience would be an advantage
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
  • Experience with data analysis and using data to inform decision-making
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team

We offer a highly competitive and flexible compensation package for this position, including the base salary (ranging from 3000 to 4000 eur. per month gross, depending on your experience and background), even more attractive stock-option plan and other incentives.
