at an ambitious startup. As an experienced IT Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our journey.
You'll spearhead the new and ongoing projects, develop plans, and coordinate with internal teams to
ensure efficient development.

Your responsibilities

• Manage new and existing IT projects in various stages;
• Prepare project plan/roadmap/backlog for project development;
• Communicate with internal project teams;
• Efficiently manage project development process and priorities;
• Evaluate possible project risks and future problems;
• Continuously analyze information and data to find gaps in the project flow.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven IT project management experience with a track record of successfully leading complex projects;
• Experience with IT documentation and project description;
• Proven background in IT field (understanding of IT methodology);
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, adapting to changes in project scope and direction;
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools;
• Familiarity with risk management processes;
• Proficient communication in English (verbal and written in English);
• Good time management and communication skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting workflows as necessary;
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, including attention to detail and multitasking;
• Strong analytical skills, ability and desire to investigate technical details.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-evolving business environment;

Monthly Salary
