Job Description

Join Perfection42 as an Senior SDR, targeting USA & EU markets. Collaborate with the Sales
Manager, conducting outbound lead generation to meet targets. Engage prospects via cold
calls, LinkedIn, and email, focusing on client acquisition. Preferred: SDR experience,
result-driven mindset, adaptability. Knowledge of AI and video content creation is beneficial.

Your responsibilities

‍
● You will work directly with the Sales Manager to reach weekly/monthly meeting targets.
Sales Manager will provide guidance and direct SDR efforts
● You will communicate daily with potential customers via cold calls, Linkedin, and e-mail
● Perfection42 will provide resources, including outsourcing leads from external vendors
as well as the LRS team on a periodic basis.
● The SDR is expected to show initiative and conduct his/her own research to identify
potential new clients as well as strategies to generate meetings for the Sales Manager
Preferred qualifications:
● Creative thinking, generating ideas and taking initiative
● Previous SDR experience
● Fluent written and spoken English
● Result-driven sales mindset
● Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment

● Previous experience working with the EU or US markets
